The Environment and Waste Management

Our environment is being destroyed by waste disposal companies who are making vast profits while contaminating our land and waste and air with dangerous, toxic chemicals. By solving our problem of eliminating waste from our homes and businesses, we have created many other problems along the way.

Today, we have become more conscious about how our daily living impacts the overall state of the environment. With the problems of global warming, the rising volume of waste being produced, and the need to continually harvest resources; it seems like there is no solution in sight that can reverse the effects humanity has caused.

While great efforts are being made to recycle materials, it is just not enough. Waste being produced is still increasing and methods of disposing waste is limited to either burning it, burying it, or piling it so that it can eventually degrade back into the Earth.

Businesses must have a method of disposing waste and be able to conveniently relocate it. Unfortunately, compactors on their own pollute when hydraulic fluid leak into drain holes leading to our rivers and streams. Rotting food, pests, and odor can also cause health concerns and are a public relations nightmare.

Incineration is polluting the atmosphere by spewing noxious vapors and smoke into the air we breathe. Burning trash in waste-to-energy facilities are being shown to release dioxin, a proven carcinogen. Research has shown a direct correlation to the high percentage of respiratory ailments in children.

Now that we are producing more waste than ever, it has become a growing problem as to where we can dispose of it. Over the past few decades, the amount of waste being produced has doubled due to our growing economy. The Environmental Protection Agency has reported that many of United States landfills are closing simply because they are either full, or toxic materials are leaking into the environment and forced to shut down to avoid further contamination. While we are paying to bury our waste in these landfills, we're robbing the environment of its natural resources and affecting the health of the population.

States across the country are mandating landfill closures. In the next three years, over 3 thousand landfills are expected to close. Within the next decade, about 47% of total landfills in the United States are expected to close.

In the Northeast region, many states are scheduled to close all their landfills. These states will be forced to transport their waste out-of-state, at a much higher cost. States, such as New Hampshire will quickly expend their resources and be left in the same position. With only 3 landfills remaining, time is running out.

The Recycler System is capable of composting up to 60% of the municipal solid waste stream and up to 90% of most business waste streams. That means diverting almost two-thirds of the waste that is currently going into landfills and incinerators, recycling it back into soil to fertilize and rejuvenate the Earth. No leach, leaking, odors, freezing, or pests. Instead of robbing us of our health, resources, and piece of mind, the National Waste Recycler System helps preserve it.

All of your organic waste - yes, that's 100% of your paper & cardboard waste, food waste and yard waste - can be quickly composted into a rich organic fertilizer that is virtually ready for use.

If you produce organic waste, the call is yours. The longer we wait, the more sacrifices we will have to make in the future.

50% of landfills in the United States are expected to close within the next decade

Instead of letting trash become a greater problem, we now can take the opportunity to reduce waste and re fertilize the Earth
